Sunday had a theme.

I worked some more on my over due course work. Then beluosus silkyraven and I met up with madda_gaska in the literary cafe for some mahjong. After which I hurried down to China town for the play "Slippery Mountain" in a Chinese restaurant. Which webcowgirl had bought me tickets for as a birthday present. It was quite a fun play. It was a mixture of English and Mandarin with a mixture of Operatic and Chinese operatic styles. I have to say I prefer my Chinese opera a bit more pure but it is one of my favorite stories and so was enjoyable. webcowgirl also brought me a Lovely book with photographs from loads of Chinese opera and lots of information about the different styles. Fantastic! Got home and read my novel about Sun Yatsen and his wife which hopefully I should finish today.
