Brief life update

Last night we went out with Rhias to the Rebar, where we saw some nice friends, and then went on to the Hideaway to see The Dead Vampires. We got there late, and so didn't have to pay cover, which was nice. It was a fun show, lots of dancing. Though the bunnies sound effects box broke which I thought was very sad cause he's my favorite part of the band. I just realised that sentence made no sense to most people. One of the band members wears a bunny hood and has this odd sound effects box that sounds like a fake theramin. (a word I have no idea how to spell) He's very animated and acts half afraid of the box and half totally enraptured by it. They are a very silly band, and therefore a lot of fun. Unfortunately it was too loud to make out most of the vocals which was a bit sad as last time we saw them I remember the lyrics being hilarious.

We also found out yesterday that Bill's mum and family will be in town visiting us on the 14th and 15th, next weekend! They live in California and I haven't met them yet. So that should be interesting. And hopefully not too painfull or scary!
