(no subject)

Well I made a very rough draft of a statement for my graduate school application and sent it to a couple people to help me figure out how to make it sound better! I'm having a hard time getting in everything I want to say, being specific enough, and keeping it short and to the point.

I'm feeling extra paranoid about it all now, I went back and read through my evaluations from Evergreen on Monday. It seemed like all my professor's said I lacked basic English writing skills. I don't think I do, I think I was just too busy to properly proof read everything before I turned it. But then sometimes my thoughts go much faster than I can type and what I'm thinking and what I end up saying end up being compleltly different. I'm so lucky to have Bill who can help me with the grammer side of things.

Still hopefully I'll manage to get something coherant together and sent off by the start of next week.
Alice emailed me today and told me that Jarvis Cocker will have a cameo in the next Harry Potter movie, I thought that was brilliant! Then I realised I would be in England when it came out and that kinda surprised me a bit. But I'm really looking forward to moving, especially now I'm making more LJ friends who live in London. It's good to know that there will be interesting people to talk to when we move. Bill and I have been talking about the move a lot we're both so excited.

Just need to finish the stupid application!
