First couple days in London

Alas there is no Chinese on this computer so I'm having to just keep my diary by hand. How sad. Jet lag doesn't seem too bad this time around. We've been napping a bit but it's not been too bad. We are quite liking East Ham, it's a nice diverse neighborhood and things don't seem too expensive. I love the look of the houses here. Last night my cousin Rachel took us out to this Jazz club in an old Victorian house. It was loads of fun. It cost 3 pound and included a West Indian Buffett. I think we shall have to go again! Today we took the tube and ventured into London, and had a bit of a look around Camden, saw lots of nice expenive clothes but didn't buy anything and then headed home. I've been looking at flats online. While I like East Ham looks like there's more cheap flats available in Stratford, so perhaps I'll have to go and check that out tommorow. Still no mobile phone which is a bit annoying. Not having a credit rating in this country seems to be making it harder than I expected to get one.
