I've decided to apply for the asisstant curator position, nothing to loose by doing so really. I just sent an email to the girl who currently has the position asking if we can meet for coffee so I can ask her more about the job. For some reason this has made me INCREDIBLY nervous, sitting here with a whole bunch of anxious feelings. I hate job applications and interviews. Also today am going to attempt a meeting with the SOAS carreer advisor to have them help me with the application.
Aside from that today's plans are to study in the library, and then head up to Camden for a little shopping, some dinner and drinks at the Dev for the art show/tea party/cabaret extravaganza! (I'm afraid I've forgotten it's proper name). Hope to see some of you there!
Edit: I phoned to discover that the advisor is not having appointments today so I have to try again on Monday. This is about the 5th time I've failed to get an appointment with the careers service. I'm starting to hate them!
