Results "Withheld" 不好意思！！！

Well I just checked my SOAS email, and discovered the email that was supposed to tell me what my results were! Unfortunatly because I have unpaid library fines that part just said "withheld". And they won't release the results till it's been paid. Which seems rather unfair as I've been waiting so long for them and have been unable to find anywhere when they were going to be out. The website also seems to have no way of paying loans besides going into the library. I guess I'll just have to go in there before my interview on Monday, and pay it. Then HOPEFULLY I'll be able to get my results.
