Well yesterday's job interview was rather awfull. The tour round the library was really nice, they had a room where Jimi Hendrix played and the woman doing the tour was very friendly and easy to get on with. The people doing the interview were quite horrid, and I feel I made rather a mess of things. The IT guy asked what I IT I used and I talked about using the library's database and he said, but on your appication you said you know MSOffice, to which I responed that I'd been using it for ten years just not in my current position! He then asked if I used email???? All very bizarre! The interviewers on Monday were so much nicer, they actually seemed like real people! They said they'd let me know by the afternoon, as I didn't hear anything I can assume that I'm not going to be working there. (But I think I'm still going to make use of their Chinese course if possible). Alice and I spent the afternoon drinking in Camden which was nice and relaxing. After two days of interviewing it feels great to be back at work. I know what I'm doing, noone is asking odd questions and people seem to like me! I really wish I could just work here full time. Perhaps temping in adition to part-time work till they start hiring in April is the answer.

I love Mayan History, but Mel Gibson is anything but trustworthy these days.
