The BL and the British Museum are hosting a conference celebrating 100 years since the discovery of the Dunhuang Library Cave.

Its in May, I have to go! I'm fascinated by the Dunhuang manuscripts, they cover the exact period of Chinese history I am most interested in and are mainly religious. I wrote a lovely essay about them last year, and it would be fantastic to go and hear everyone speak. I dream someday of getting to work with the collection, but in the meantime at least I can look at it all online....
