After initialy being told that our shipment would take "30-45 days 45 being the worst case scenario" I have finally tracked down our shipping company who said our goods will arrive in London (not to be delivered mind you, just in the country) on December 18th! I am SOO ANGRY!!! Not only are all our books, dvds, lego etc in there but ALL MY WARM CLOTHES! I have No coat, no velvet, nothing! And now it's looking like it will probably not get here till just before Christmas, most likely afterwards! I AM SO UPSET! I do not know what to do. I have sent two angry, yet carefully worded emails of complaint. The first to which was responded "well a partial container can take that long" so I said that I had been deliberetly mislead by their sales department and would never have gone with their company if I'd known the truth.
I want to sue them as grossly misrepresentational, but I also don't want them to not deliver our stuff. Being that it has lots of old books, my wedding dress, photo album, etc in it! Perhaps I should wait and then sue them when it gets here? SO ANGRY I don't know what to do.
On the upshot I finaly get to use the Voltron Icon, and I do have a lovely night planned tommorow. I just don't know how much longer I'm going to be able to keep going out at night time in London WITH NO COAT!!!
