Work saturday was thankfully quiet. Saturday Bill and I went out to Invocation, which ended up being loads of fun. The place was great, a nice dance floor and a good seating area where you could actually hear what people were saying. We chatted with friends for ages and then ended up dancing for about an hour before they closed. The drinks seemed fairly reasonable and I managed to drink the right ammount, not end up too drunk or hung over the next day. I can honestly say I enjoyed myself more than I have in ages, especialy being able to dance so much. I was actually a little sore the next morning. Hopefully more evenings there will be arranged.
Sunday was Bibliogoth which was a small group but still fun. I made it home in perfect time to watch the Grand Prix but ended up falling asleep in parts of it as was still fairly tired.
Today I was supposed to go meet the Assistant Curator but never heard back from her with a time or a place. I'm thinking she must have gotten either very busy or is off sick. I sent her another email, and will hopefully hear something from her, and be able to make a plan for another day. I'm debating going in to university, or being productive at home. I think I might get started on the job application. And do some reading here instead. But first I must practice Chinese.
