Well things have been a bit stressfull lately. Still no work for Bill and have been worrying a lot about Floyd (the cat's) flight here. But hopefully it should be worked out soon and he'll arrive safe and sound friday afternoon. That will be a relief. I think I am forever doomed to be a goth, friday I was feeling totaly depressed and overwhelmed so Bill and I went for a nice walk in the rain to the local East London Cemetary. Which while new was still nice. It was odd to see a cemetary that was still working as oppossed to one that was old and mostly abandoned.
But I've gone to SOAS twice now, once to sign my student loan forms, only to find they'd been filled in wrong and would have to be reissued, the secound time was yesterday for nearly a full day for the international student orientation, which answered some of my questions. It was odd to be the UK student there but oh well. If I can make it through the chaos of registering things should be good. bibliogoths early enough, though I also have to go back to campus on Monday and hopefully will be able to find out everything I need to then.
It's nice to have the internet back. I really need to get back in the habit of writing Chinese again. I had a quick look at the classes at SOAS perhaps I won't have to take the begining class after all. But hopefully I will find this all out Monday! The biggest fear is not getting into the classes that I want to at the moment. But I'm sure it has to work out eventually. Everyone there so far has been really nice and helpfull.
