I've just found out that my LOVELY friend Vanessa (Who used to be a bartender at the Re-bar where Bill and I got married) has moved to England!!!! Last I heard she was going to Central America for awhile. But I've discovered she's actually in Cornwall and will be moving up to Brighton in a month!!!!!! I'm very surprised and very happy! I can't wait to see her and catch up!
Tonight's plans involve going to Slimelight to see my DM's band, ahem, The very lovely Voices of Masada followed by a three floor special! If you find yourself at a loose end for things to do tonight you should come on down! They will be on around 8.30 (I know terribly early but worth it!) and then Elusive will be playing (who I've been told but on a VERY good live show). Followed by usual disco madness. This is actually going to be the first time we've been down the disco since we moved and I'm really looking forward to the 15 minute bus ride home at the end of the night. Horray for living in North London!
