It has been so nice having a proper Christmas holiday. The time has gone far too quickly but it's been great. Alice came down on Sunday, and my dad came down on Christmas eve. We ended up having 8 people for Christmas dinner, there was lots of tasty food, drinking, and very nice presents. My favorite Christmas picture.
Boxing day we went over to my Uncle's house for a visit before my dad left in the evening. We gave the kitty more cat nip and he actually ended up acting a little like a cat and even let Alice hold him for awhile. (He does however eat the Cat nip, which doesn't seem right!)

bencurthoys and accidently stayed up drinking till 1 am.
27th we made it out to the pub. Had a very nice time chatting with some new people, and ended up heading back togypseymission's for a bit of after hours indulgence. For some reason the people at Quinn's saw fit to give us some free sausages...
Yesterday we went to Dead and Buried, which was also good fun. I did Alice's hair to disguise her as a goth,
And tried to take a picture in the club with the new phone only to discover that the light was rather blinding...
But it was fun with dancing and seeing friends, particularly seeingfaithais and karcharoth who have moved back to the outskirts of London! Horray! I also got a guy kicked out!!! I have to say it was rather fantastic, a very drunk normal looking Irish man came up and so I turned my back on him to be subtle that I didn't want to talk, and he ended up putting his hands on my waist, so I turned round and politely, but firmly, tried to tell him to leave, after that didn't work I used tard skills, but after that failed I walked straight over to the bar and found the nice lady we'd been chatting to earlier and said "there's a very drunk man whose trying to touch us", within an instant she had grabbed two bar staff and were escorting him out of the pub! Horray for such quick acting and lovely staff!
This morning I woke up very early to see Alice off to the station. Today will be spent reading and playing video games, nothing to do till tommorow's birthday party forsahra_patroness which sounds like a well deserved rest.
